Barnsley 

Each week we will be highlighting one of our surrounding suburbs with some information about the suburb for potential buyers looking at the area. This week’s suburb is Barnsley.

The suburb of Barnsley, located in Western Lake Macquarie, nestled in between Edgeworth and Holmesville, is 21kms west of Newcastle CBD. Barnsley has a population of approximately 1747 (at 2016 Census).

The suburb of Barnsley has a small school, Barnsley Public School, a local Early Education Centre and a preschool.
Barnsley is also home to the Barnsley Football Club and Mount Sugarloaf Pony Club. 
Other features include a family friendly playground, large sporting ovals, large dog park and local takeaway shop.

This lovely suburb is a great place to raise a family.
